DESCRIPTION:Thread Theater 2.0 Returns to the Franco Center for an Interactive Night of Live Theater  \nLewiston\, ME — Thread Theater 2.0 “Believe it or not” returns to the Franco Center on Friday\, April 3\, bringing an evening of fast-paced\, audience-driven theater to the Center’s Lower Level Bar and Lounge.  \nHosted by Dan Kane\, Thread Theater invites community members to write a script\, perform in a show\, or simply sit back and enjoy the fun. The audience is encouraged to actively respond to each short play\, letting the cast know exactly how they’re doing—making every performance unpredictable and uniquely entertaining.  \n“Write a script\, act in a show\, or just come to watch the fun\,” said Kane. “Bring your friends\, have a drink\, and wish for spring.”  \nDoors open at 6:30 p.m.\, with a cash bar available. The show begins at 7:00 p.m.\nTickets are $10\, cash only at the door.  \nPlease note that performances often include adult themes and may not be appropriate for minors. Any minors attending should be accompanied by a responsible adult or have permission to attend.  \nThe Franco Center is located at 46 Cedar Street in Lewiston’s Little Canada neighborhood. Parking is available across the street in the Oxford Street mill lot\, the Lincoln–Cedar Street lot\, and the Chestnut Street garage. Handicap access is available via the elevator located on the Lincoln Street alley side of the building.

Throughout the evening\, some of these celebrity guests will find themselves in the spotlight as awards are presented — but all is not as glamorous as it seems.  \nProfessional actors from Mystery for Hire will bring 30+ years of experience in mystery\, mayhem\, and fun to the Franco Center. The immersive experience places the audience directly inside the storyline. Attendees will mingle with characters\, follow clues\, ask questions\, and piece together the mystery as the drama unfolds around them.  \n“This is not just a show you sit and watch\,” said Franco Center Executive Director Theresa Shanahan. “It’s an experience you become part of.
