After much deliberation, the Franco Center events team along with Heather’s PR team have decided to cancel the Heather Pierson Trio concert slated for this Saturday, July 13th. We will be refunding all ticket purchases. We are sorry for the inconvenience. It could take a couple of days for the refund to show up on your account.

Information from our renter on July 24, 2024: Midcoast Symphony Orchestra Oct. 26 The orchestra plays four regular concerts each season at the Franco Center in Lewiston. A community-based organization, the orchestra draws players and audiences from south of Portland to Rockland along the coast, and inland from Augusta to the Lewiston-Auburn area. Its members all volunteer their time to practice and perform with the Midcoast Symphony. The group has expanded in size and capability under the leadership of Rohan Smith, Conductor and Music Director since 2003-2004. Tap your toes, stomp your feet, and clap your hands as Fiddle-icious, a community fiddle-based orchestra with 100+ musicians from Kittery to Augusta, takes the stage to share their unique, uplifting music! Fiddle-icious is a fun–loving Maine orchestra playing fiddle, piano, harp, guitar, banjo, mandolin, flute, accordion, cello, tin whistle, concertina, upright bass, and bagpipes. Their tunes are passed down from the Irish, Scottish, Quebecois, and Acadian traditions and include reels, jigs, marches, hornpipes, waltzes, step-dancing, and beautiful singing harmonies.
